Sadie in the Hood: is it Halloween yet?

Halloween is almost here, trick or treaters! Sadie and I thought we'd share what's happening in the Hood for Halloween.

Here we go...

A little neighborhood ghostie!

A plethora of little ghosties

The crack in the pavement is enough to scare me!

This looks to be a new kitty to the neighborhood and didn't take too kindly to Sadie!

Icky pooey pooh, I hate insects but these don't look tooooo scary!

Our neighbor Wolfie enjoying the breakfast of champions - a can of beer!

You all know Jack don't you?

These folks do "cute" Halloween

This is the only witch I found in the Hood!

Hey! There's still time to catch "The Foot of the Mummy!"

Well, another fun Sunday in the Hood comes to a close.

Sadie and I wish you the bestest, funnest, and safest Halloween.

Boo!

  1. OMG Sadie is gorgeous...look at those eyes, that nose, those little paws! SHE IS PRETTY! Hey, is she going out for Halloween? I saw a corgi dressed up like a school bus the other day...that was too funny. I am going to try to be a fairy, but my dress needs a new zipper, I don't have a sewing machine, and I don't know anyone with a machine! I bought a DDG sequined pink dress for $19.00 at Glitz at a big blow out sale and I AM GOING TO WEAR IT SOMEHOW! I will take pics. Have a wonderful week dearest friend and tell me how the stew comes out for you! You can also add more goodies to it if you wish, and it goes well with a glass of white wine! Bisous, Anita

  3. Hi Bonnie!! I love it when you and Sadie check out the Hood!! I wonder if your neighbors were paying that calico kitty to pose as Halloween decor? I am having a scary time myself...with a roof leak and water stains!! No fun! So...I'm running late and I need to catch up on all of the happenings in the Hood...Happy week!...hugs...Debbie

  4. Bonnie, what a cute, clever way to share the Halloween decorations in your "hood". I've just returned from a week away, and I took photos of Halloween decorations in a neighborhood or two in Dallas. I hope to share this week. Thanks for stopping by to visit. Hope to see you again.

  8. Bonnie

Sadie pic with "Boo" is hilarious. You remind me: whatever shall I dress as for Halloween (NOT "Fall Harvest")? Let's see, I think I'll go as a fuzzy quill-holding rat. That should be easy.

  9. Fun to walk your neighborhood with you and Sadie! I've been on Christmas walks before, but I think this is the first Halloween one for me :)

I'm relieved to see the witches kept a low profile around there!

  10. Dearest Bonnie! You are too, too kind! Thank you for such a sweet comment! HOW ARE YA? Did Miss Sadie sport a costume last night? I visited a blog about dogs that had a costume parade...it was a hoot seeing all these dogs in great costumes! Give her a squeeze for us and a big hug to you dear one...my Fair Lady. Bisous, Anita
